Oh, the words I have to say about these two. They are so in love. It’s magical and joyful and does nothing but excites you to see. They are tying the knot on April 15, 2023. We were able to hang out for their engagement pictures in July, and I am so glad we did. Quinn proposed to Evie in January 2022 and they jumped right into planning their wedding. Some say they are ‘too young’ or moving ‘too fast’, but they should really see these two interact. It is full of so much love and kindness. They are working hard for their future already. It is an honor to capture them, for their engagement pictures and for the day they get to share the same last name.
I traveled to Macon, MO for their engagement pictures as that is where their love story takes place. We started in downtown Macon wondering from block to block for the best spots. You don’t always need something big and magical for your engagement picture locations. YOU are the star of the show anyways. These brick walls and sidewalks made the perfect backdrop.
After this location, Evie & Quinn changed into more casual outfits and we headed to the lily pads, gravel roads and open water at Macon Lake. The night was a perfect, rare cool summer night with a soft, cotton candy sky. The contrast between an urban and rural location made for the perfect combination for their pictures.
Evie owns the amazing embroidery company, One Last Stitch. She created this perfect piece with their new last name to showcase during their engagement pictures. You can follow her Instagram here!
I was already excited to capture Evie & Quinn’s wedding day, but now that I was able to get to know them even more at their engagement pictures, I really can’t wait for their big day! I was privileged to capture Evie’s sister’s wedding in 2021. Keeping Rachel B Photo as a family wedding tradition makes my heart soar.
