Kyra is one of my senior reps for the 2022-2023 school year. As a senior rep, I am able to spend a lot of time with her this year, and I am so thankful for that. Kyra has a laugh that is contagious. She is laid back but passionate about the things she cares about. I see a lot of similarities about her in myself. Kyra came up with some of awesome outfits for her and we came together to create unique locations for her. From a flower field to an abandoned bridge to a gravel road with her grandpa’s old truck and ending with a studio lineup that you can’t miss. Kyra’s senior pictures are unique to her and I love that.
We started her session with her dad’s truck that has been passed down in the family. This truck started as her grandfather’s. It still runs and drives well, and it was a great addition to make her senior pictures more personal!
The day before Kyra’s photo session I drove all over Quincy looking for a bright and blooming flower field. And I found it! It may have been in a road ditch, but when you look at these pictures, you never would have guessed that. We can make a lot happen with a little. These flowers were perfect for her next location.
This bridge has been abandoned for YEARS. However, it is still in great shape for people to stand on. It is surrounded by corn fields adding to the visual appeal of it, aka there’s no car traffic to be worried about. Kyra and I loved the ‘overgrown’ look it had as well. Her simple outfit was the perfect choice for this location.
Last but not least we headed to Studio 125 for Kyra’s last outfit. I had two unique setups for her. We played with flash and natural light in studio. I could say more, but I really think these pictures speak for themselves. Keep scrolling..
Kyra’s senior pictures were taken in August and I am still in awe of them. Her beauty and personality speaks in every image. I am so thankful that she is on my 2023 Senior Rep Team! If you are interested in having me take your senior pictures, you can inquire here!
