This girl!!! Alyssa and I had such a great time hanging out for her senior session in September. Alyssa moved to Quincy in junior high from Wisconsin. She has adjusted well in this move and it was really cool to hear about her life in Wisconsin compared to life in Quincy. The one big difference she sees between the two places? Culver’s are way better in Wisconsin. We have our theories on why this is, but really it just made me laugh that this was the difference she first pointed out. For Alyssa’s session we visited three locations; a creek, a field and to visit to her horse, Peaches. All of these locations were able to represent who Alyssa is with her personality shining through. When we finished with pictures with her horse, that was magic. Keep scrolling to check them all out!
After the creek, we headed to an open field that had a great view of the sky as the sun had started to set. This is a field that Alyssa’s horse often roams in, so she knew it well. That made it an even better location. With this being the second location, we knew each other better. Her smiles and laughs became even more genuine. This is when my favorite images start to come together.
Last but definitely not least, I was able to meet Peaches. Peaches came from Wisconsin with Alyssa and these two are the best of friends. Alyssa loves her horse so much, and takes the best care of her. Peaches is boarded 30 minutes from Alyssa’s home, but that doesn’t stop her from seeing her often. The pasture is her second home.
Alyssa’s senior session was so much fun! I loved getting to know her, and her whole session was such a dream. If you are wanting to book your senior pictures, let’s chat soon! You can inquire here.
