It has been the greatest joy to have Morgan on my 2024 Senior Rep Team. She is one of the captains of the Q-City Pommers, plays violin, is actively involved in multiple service organizations through church and school, dances at Heinze Dance Academy and sings in QHS choirs. More than that, she is kind and sweet. She has a gentle soul. When you talk to her, you know that she is listening to you and she cares what you are saying. I love hearing about Morgan’s dreams. Her sisters have inspired her to dream big and go far. She aspires to be able to make a difference in other people’s live and raise a family of her own. It is SO fun getting to know my senior reps like Morgan on a more personal level.
For Morgan’s senior photos, we started with her full session in August. We used a willow tree, open field and lake with a beautiful sunset. She then utilized her mini session for fall photos with her violin and dog and booked an additional mini session to capture her time as a pommer. Keep scrolling to view how this year has progressed with Morgan. 🙂
For the open field, Morgan brought a bouquet of flowers that she had bought at the farmer’s market that morning and some white hydrangeas from her front yard. They were the perfect pop of color and prop for this location!
Following the field, we went to a lake that has a perfect view of the sunset. Morgan got her feet a little wet and we watched the sun go down on this truly perfect night. I love that she wore a simple blue dress for this location. It wasn’t going to overpower or compete with the sunset or her beauty. It was just the perfect color to compliment both.
In October we landed the perfect day on the Maine streets in Quincy. The brick streets are surrounded by so many changing colors. This is one of my favorite fall locations.
Pom has been an incredibly important part of Morgan’s high school career, and she is getting to finish her senior year as captain of the pom team. It was important that we took some time to capture her in this element!
I am going to be so sad when Morgan graduates and we don’t get to spend an hour after her photo shoots just chatting about life. On the other hand, I can’t wait to see what she is going to do and who she is going to impact as she goes forward in life. I am thrilled that Morgan took the chance to apply to be a senior rep!
