My 2024 Senior Rep Team!!!! Every year it seems that time just goes by faster and faster. One minute I am agonizing over Senior Rep applications and the next I am preparing our final gathering. My Senior Rep Team is an integral part of my business. It is a small group of females that spend the entire year capturing their senior year while helping promote my business. We spend time together as a group and individually. This year as a group we had a welcome shoot, late summer shoot with two looks, a Christmas gathering and a cap and gown shoot still to come. As I sift through applications every year I am keeping in mind how I think all of the girls will get along. They have to be able and willing to make new friends, get a little uncomfortable and get to know others that may be different from them. Every year I end up with the KINDEST girls who make every group shoot feel like a breeze.

Our welcome shoot this year was done a little early so I could take a healthy maternity leave. At our welcome shoot, we take some very casual photos, go over what the year will look like and get to know each other on a basic level. Our late summer shoot is always our biggest time together for the year. For the first look the girls were given a neon/bright color scheme with dresses specifically. The second shoot was more of a neutral/casual look with creams, blues and tans. We worked as a group to come up with both of these themes and then I sent out mood boards for them to pick their outfits. After this shoot I treated the girls to ice cream (because of course!). Our Christmas gathering is our one time a year that we hang out without the focus being photos. My Rep Team helps me pull off the ultimate Christmas gifting for foster care and shops the lists for all of the children. This is always such a special afternoon for me to see the girls get into the giving spirit! Our final gathering is always a cap and gown photoshoot followed by a meal. It’s our last ‘official’ time together and is therefore a little extra special. Every year the Senior Rep experience is a little different to fit the girls who make up the team.

Every single Senior Rep will forever hold such a special place in my heart. We spend too much time together for them to not leave an imprint on me. The 2024 girls are no different.
