It’s officially wedding year for Paige & Jack! In 4 short months they will officially become Mr & Mrs. Last spring we took their engagement photos. We were able to find some of the prettiest white spring blooms and then catch one of the most gorgeous sunsets by the river. Paige & Jack have been together since high school. Now that they have both started careers they are ready to start their life. Together. I have known Paige since she was half the height she is now (aka a really long time). Seeing her grow up and now get to capture her proposal, engagement pictures and wedding is an amazing gift.
Jack proposed to Paige at a small family photo session during her senior year of college. Shortly after getting engaged they looked ahead to when they could officially become Mr & Mrs Leffers. They started planning. Selected a date in May. Toured Venues. Booked The Armory in Quincy. Booked with me. & continued down the list of wedding to-dos. When we were planning their engagement photos, Paige was really hoping we could find some spring blooms and luck out with a gorgeous sunset (out of my control, but I could hope!). She wanted them early enough before their wedding that they had plenty of time to enjoy the photos before receiving their wedding photos and wanted to be sure the two locations they selected spoke to different vibes. Spring blooms come with a dress and classier photos. The water at sunset was more casual. The stars aligned and we were able to make it ALL happen. We even were able to add Jack’s car into some of the final shots. It’s something he cares about and it means a lot to both of them, so it was the perfect addition to these photos.
